Good morning, my company recently deployed 21h2 to all of our computers and now we are having an issue with just one model of usb printer that it won't allow us to install. We have several HP Laserjet P1102W printers and for the computers that had the printer installed prior to the update they printers still work for a while but if we have to install one of these printers on a computer that is already updated to 21h2 or if we have to reinstall the printer for some reason we are no longer able to. We have tried to download all the newest drivers from HP but nothing works, We have multiple different Dell optiplex models and it happens on all of them. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Chris Haerich [HS-EBIT]

I'd recommend you do two things:

    1) Submit this problem using the Feedback Hub found on Windows 10:

Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/send-feedback-to-microsoft-with-the-feedback-hub-app-f59187f8-8739-22d6-ba93-f66612949332

    2) Submit this bug to HP:

    https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/contact.html

At least then you can get this information to the right parties immediately for them to potentially remediate the issue. If this is an absolute requirement of your environment you should look into rolling back the updates until this is fixed/patched.
