Is there an attribute to use to set an approver for an Azure AD Group?

We would like to be able to set a specific user as the approver for an Azure AD group so that we can send them approvals for when users need to get added to the group or when there needs to be a change to the criteria if its a dynamic group. There is the owner field but its my understanding that who ever is set as an owner can then adjust group membership and other group properties themselves which is something we do not want to allow. Is there any solution for something like this?

Microsoft Entra ID

    Hi @Alex

From my understanding there is no such attribute at this time for this specific use case.

I'd recommend you suggesting it on Microsoft Feedback for Azure Active Directory:
