Certification renewal update is not propagated to credly

Question

Hello,

Recently I've passed the renewal exam for DevOps Engineer Expert, and it's update didn't arrive to credly as it was previously.
Usually it is triggered the badge renewal on credly during one day or so, but this time it's a week already.
On the certificate's page on the learn portal it's marked as renewed on November 08, 2022, and it expires at May 7, 2024 at 2:59 AM (UTC -0-3:00).
