i'm in a middle of migration from EX2010 to EX2016 and i've problem with mailbox that i have moved to the EX16. i can't connect to that mailbox via outlook. OWA works fine but outlook says that it cant open the mailbox. i try different computers I thought it's outlook issue but it happens from the other computers as well. i can't find any error logging not in the event viewer from the client machine and not in the EX16 event viewer.
my question is - how i can get logging for specific user or logging for all EX16 connectivity that can help me to identify why this mailbox can't connect via outlook?

    About the error that you cannot connect to mailbox via Outlook after migration, I need to confirm with you:

    Does this error only occur on migrated mailboxes? If you create a new mailbox on EX16, whether this mailbox could be logged in Outlook successfully?

    This is a known issue if it only occurs on the migrated mailbox. This is because Exchange 2016 continues to proxy the Autodiscover request to Exchange Server 2010 after the mailbox move is completed.

    It is recommended that you restart the Autodiscover Application Pool on the Exchange Server 2016.

    Restart-WebAppPool MSExchangeAutodiscoverAppPool

    i know about this bug and i did restart the autodiscoverappPool but it's not fixing the issue.
    what fix the issue is making iisreset on the EX16 server.
