Incoming calls to teams showing on-hold in client

Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

When using Teams Voice, when receiving an incoming call on-hold is showing in the client (see attached).

When the call ends there is continued beeping (on hold tone).

To stop beeping, user has to log out of teams and log back in

Is this call actually active but shows on hold?
Would this issue also occur on another device? Or on another account on this affected device?

We have been carrying out further testing here, hopefully it will help us to resolve the issue.

I have enabled “conference mode” within the call queue in the Teams Admin Centre

This has helped the On-Hold issue, but there is continuous beeping after the call is transferred until a Sign out in the client is carried out.

But this issue only happens when a call is transferred via the “Consult then Transfer” feature. When a blind transfer takes place there is no beeping.

This is happening on multiple users.
