Is an "easy" public Edge profile possible?

Is it possible to have an Edge profile that can be accessed by multiple windows login users without the need of having to login to anything in Edge? Like a Public Desktop type of Edge profile?

I've heard it is possible with group policy, but that is not within the scope of the speed or technical knowledge of the people that I need to know how to do this. I need an easy way to do it.

I do know of the command --profile-directory=" " when forcing a url to use a specific Edge profile, but this only works with Edge profiles created within the same windows user. If I place that link in the Public Desktop, it obviously does not work with another windows user since the profile mentioned in that commnand only exists in the windows user where the Edge profile was created. Unless there is a public way of using an Edge profile that I am not aware of which does not use group policy.

Unfortunately, creating a public Edge profile that does not require any login process is currently impossible if group policy is not an option for you. The group policy you've mentioned may be the policies introduced in this doc, and you can check it out if you have any interest. I would still suggest creating a public account for users to log into if possible.
