How can I connect to l2tp server automatically at start of windows 10?

I have been searching for a way to automatically make l2tp connection to a l2tp server in my windows 10 professional pc but I have found none for windows. Everything so far is for linux/ubuntu. Is there a way for windows power shell to make the connection from command line? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    I assume you are talking about a VPN connection, if you are talking about an L2TP connection.
    If so, Microsoft has something called Always On VPN.
