How can I connect to L2TP server automatically at Windows 10 Start?

Hello. I have been searching for a way to automatically make L2TP connection to a L2TP server in my Windows 10 Pro PC but I have found none for Windows. Everything so far is for linux/ubuntu. Is there a way for windows power shell to make the connection from command line? Thanks in advance.
