Is Balabolka app legal when using Azure voices?

Dear Microsoft Azure Support team.

I would like to use the balabolka app which uses your Microsoft Azure voices. I want to use it for personal purposes, not commercial. To me is hard to use Azure for text to speech, but when using balaboka make it easier.

But my question is. Is Balabolka legal when using microsoft Azure voices? Is there any issue about piracy when using balabolka in regards to Microsoft?

I will appreciate any comment in regards to the legality of balabolka.

    Hi,

    AFAIK, the app is freeware so you can use it however if you use the commercial voices, you need to contact the developers of the voice and purchase the license for commercial use/audio broadcast.

    Also you need to check the app developers terms and conditions where and when you can use it.

    So, I guess could help if there is a way to link my Microsft Azure account in the balabolka app, in order to use my personal microsoft Azure rights in the balabolka app.
