Migration of Domains emails and other resources from one sharedpoint to a new sharedpoint

i have a client whose domain is hosted in the sharedpoint of her group ERP MS 365 Business. Now the client wants to stand alone, migrate all her domain's users email ids and other resources move to her own new sharedpoint. Please, what are the steps to achieve this and what are the licenses to deploy.

Solution1:

The general steps are:

1. Save the source site as a template.
2. Then attach the saved template to the destination site in SharePoint Online.
3. Copy the content from source site to the destination site in SharePoint Online.
