SCP with blob storage

Question

Is there any option to supports SCP on blob storage. We are planning to save logs in blob storage.

Presently, we don't have any plans to support SCP besides to and from a vm which can be referred here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/copy-files-to-vm-using-scp
