Old job account stopping me from deleting microsoft authenticator

Hello, as the topic suggests, I used to work at a place that made me a Microsoft account and enabled Microsoft authenticator. I haven't been working there for a while and I'm not planning on returning. I do not have access to this account.

I can't remove it from my authenticator, nor can I delete the app. Please help me remove this app from my Pixel Pro 6. Thank you.

You can delete the account from the device. For example on my android it is in Settings\Passwords & Accounts
