just installed vs 17.4.1 and loaded a default sample for .net 6 c# all platforms WebAPI temples
get error target process exited without raising a coreclr started event

    Try updating your Visual Studio to the latest version via the VS installer.

    When updating, try adding the following VS workloads:

    • ASP.NET and web development
    • NET desktop development
