problems opening support request

does not allow us to open support request, I talk to my provider and he tells me to manage this directly with Microsoft because they do not know what can be. Attached is a screenshot of what I get.

We have paid the subscription for this service, and we have not been able to use it.

Please could you give us some guidance on the problem.

    Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **

    Your Cloud Service Provider (CSP) must create the ticket, it is possible that they don't know what the issue is, however, part of the service as a CSP is that they give you the first level of support and in the case that they cannot help you, the MUST create the ticket from the tenant.
