    Hi @Selvam, Raja Priya ,
In my test, I cannot reproduce your problem.

    Please perform the following troubleshooting:

    1. Is it just your account or does this happen to all accounts?
    2. Does the same happen with other types of files?
    3. Do other document libraries have the same situation? If there is no problem with other document libraries, you can try to move the file to the document library without problems.
    4. Clear browser cache, or use browser privacy mode.
    5. Use another browser, eg: IE, Edge, Google.
