There used to be a way to pay for a support case from Microsoft. Is that still an option and if so, how do I get to the right page. I would like to get some assistance on this Hyper-V SET configuration that I am dealing with.

From what I am reading we cannot purchase a support incident using a AAD account. I have to use my personal account? That seems a little strange why they would limit it in that capacity?
Is your HYPER-V hosted with Azure or on-prem?
On Prem
I think that you will have to use a non AAD associated e-mail to buy these types of requests from my research.
Yeah, that is what I did. Does not make sense though, why would they not allow their Business Premium customers to pay for support. My only guess is to try and push us to their partners.
