mistake signing up in azure

hi,
i wanted to create a free account in Azure, i used my account, I believed that i ad 200 dollars free, but i found that i must pay 400 dollars.
please I didn't know how.
i use my account to study for certificate AZ900.
i can't pay 400 dollars.
help!

Not sure why it is $400 for you but anyways you can raise a support case for billing inquiries over here.
