Black screen before log in which disappers .

When i start my pc i get this black screen which used to show dell logo and after that my screen automaticaly gets back to normal and then login menu appears.
I thought performing reset pc would clear my problem but it made it more worse now after reset i even cant reach to login menu , i dont know whats going on my screen because of this black screen
