Re-Schedule Exam due to technical difficulties (Case # available)

Hello, I had difficulty capturing my identification using the PearsonVue app, as a result a ticket was filed but they are unable to reschedule it on their end. I was told to reach out to you all to reschedule the exam. I was given a case number for Microsoft's review and would like to take the exam as soon as possible, if possible.
