DNS is not resolving for external websites

Hi Team,

I would like to know how to resolve the DNS issue for the websites are not loading in a DC Network.

    Added google DNS in forwarders, still not reaching.

    Sounds like it could be a problem with the site or also possible the DNS server is somehow broken.
