I have an android device that won't let me install a private app of our company.
We tried to install the app from the apk and it works correctly.
But to publish it in the Store gives error that I expose in the title.

The application can't be installed because it is incompatible with the device. (0xC7D24FBC)

    @Paul Del Pozo Segovia , Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you deploy Google play private app. But it is not working with compatibility error. In fact, the installation is depended on google service.

    I did some research, the general reason for “the application can’t be installed because it is incompatible with the device. (0xC7D24FBC)” is usually related to some limitation from Google side. Sometimes, the app developer has configured native_platform info in their manafest incorrectly or not specifying device architecture. Sometimes, App developer will modify the App requirements to be matching exactly the Android device's hardware.

    For your issue, you can ask your app developer to check the above information. If the issue still persists, please contact google support to get more help.
