App Export in Azure AD

registered an Azure app and assigned it the Compliance Admin role. Apparently, however, the compliance admin does not have permission to export. Therefore, I ask you to set this right manually. The goal is an automated export of mailboxes using the command: New-ComplianceSearchAction and the -Export switch

the app has no authorization to export, and you can only assign user principals but no service principals to the eDiscoveryManager in the Compliance Center. This will probably have to be done in AzureAD, However, this cannot be done in my frontend. How can this be done otherwise? I therefore see two possibilities:

The Compliance Admin in the Compliance and Security Center gets the right to export
The app gets the permission of the eDescovery Manager in AzureAD

I would like to point out again that this is an unattended app application. Please let me know how an app can get the right to export.
