How can revive my subnet IP on Azure for the Public/External IP and Internal also?

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.
I take it that you would like to get the entire list of Public IP address ranges used by Azure.
However, I am afraid I am not sure what you refer by "Internal" here.
The Azure IP Range provided by @Manu Philip lists all the Public facing IP address range hosted in Azure
The AzureCloud.canadacentral would contain every IP range from Canada Central Azure Region.
Please let me know if I have missed something here or you have any follow up queries on this.

I downloaded this Json file, found Canada Central but didn't find my IP's in the list. I opened the file with Notepad, searched for Central Canada, nothing except couple others in the list.
Any idea why?
