LiveTV Freezing issue for Microsoft Smooth Stream

Question

hi guys,

We have an OTT video application which is running in different TV set but we have one kind of TV set which is not playing the LiveTV well. It is freezing after several second.

First we played in one TV set and it is playing well. This TV set has keep-alive and hbbtv version is 1.5.1.

Problemmatic TV set does not have keep-live and hbbtv version is 1.2.1ü

1- As you can see in above screenshots there is keep-alive difference between two TV set. Do you think that might be problem ?
2- As you can see in above screenshots there is hbbtv version difference between two TV set. Do you think that might be problem ?
