Not recieving emails from microsoft ignite challenge 2022

I completed the microsoft Ignite challenge 2022 before the deadline and I was waiting for the email. But I still haven't recieved any email at least to know whether they have acknowledged that I completed the hallenge or regarding the free discounts for exams. What should I do and How to rectify this error?
