Does RDCMAN 2.8 work on Windows 7?

I'm still stuck on Windows 7 and my IT department is finally making me remove RDCMAN 2.7
I don't even know if 2.8 works on Windows 7.
I can't find a safe site to download 2.8 and I know 2.9 isn't Win7 compliant.
Any suggestions (minus upgrade to a new OS) would be appreciated, thanks.
