Can I use OA3 to store my NON OEM product key and activate if I need to reinstall with it.

I recently bought a NUC with no OS. So I bought a Win11 pro licence which came with an activation key which I used and it is working. I am wondering If I can use the feature of the NUC that allows for setup and use of a windows OEM product key to activate windows for the purpose of activation of my non-OEM version of windows? To be clear, my windows is installed and activated, I wanted to know if OA3 could be used to make coplete reinstall easier to manage by having the key stored in the BIOS, and automatically seem by the windows installer? No big deal if I can't, but it would be handy.

FYI, I do not have my windows hooked inbto my microsoft account, so I don't have a digital id for that copy of windows. That's why I am looking for an easier solution than re-entering the key manually. Also, I am hoping that OA3 will authenticate without hassle if I have reinstalled several times due to confifuration tweak/reinstall cycles. My next stop is investigation OA3 if this is a possibility. Thanks in advance for an insight into this.
