On premise data gateway connection issue

I have two global admin account with two different domain, and I want to use a single gateway for the CSV file access. when I log in with the first account then the second account gateway connection is out of the network. Please help me with the configuration of both accounts in a single gateway. both accounts I am using for Microsoft SDS flow.
