We've been using an Integration Runtime for two months more or less and now we are getting the following error: The Self-hosted Integration Runtime 'IRSAP' is offline, last connect time is '11/21/2022 02:27:02.340 UTC', Self-hosted Integration Runtime id is 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'.

It's just when we use the trigger run during the early morning (3:30 am), when we trigger it manually it works perfectly.

    Hello @Sist_O365SYNC , JordanDwyer-2965

Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

As it is related to SHIR and seems like the issue started recently there could be multiple reasons as SHIR is user managed. I would recommend filing a support ticket and share the SHIR logs along with your ticket so that one of our support engineers can take a look at the logs to figure out the root cause.

One thing I would recommend is trying to down grade your SHIR version manually and see if you notice the same behavior or not. If the behavior is same, then we need deeper troubleshooting and if you notice the pipeline runs without issue with lower version of SHIR then it seems like something is wrong with latest version of SHIR.

In case if you don't have a support plan, please let me know here.
