Unable to Create a List from another Team or site

Question

In a Team site, I have created a List in Team or site in SharePoint Online.

Since there is no option for List to “Save as template”, I want to use the same list in another Team or site using > Site Content > New > List > From existing list

Earlier two weeks back, I had created “List” using Team or site that was showing in the list of Team or site. But unable to find previous Team site under “Select a Team or site”. I am the owner of both Team or site

Clue: Whenever I create a List in Team or site that disappears “From existing list”

Am I missing something?

Click "follow" the shrepoint site from which you want to copy the list. Then refresh the site which you want to create a new list, and you will find that the site you just followed appears under "Select a Team or site" .
If you are the person who created the site – it automatically makes you follow it. If you were not the person who created a site, just click the Follow button in the upper-right-hand corner of the site(as shown below).

In addition，“Save List as Template” is missing in SharePoint Online modern sites. But you can use PowerShell to fix it.
