Can concurrency possible with ADF

Question

I have a scenario like in react application need to call Databricks notebook, I know ADF can call databricks and I thought of triggering ADF with webhook, but assume if i have n number of users trying to trigger the pipeline at same time can ADF handle the level of concurrency and can databricks clusters handle the concurent users request in parallel

You do have a concurrency option in ADF wherein in case if you mention 1 , all others would go queue
