Why I am being charged every month and I don't know why they are charging? How to contact Microsoft regarding billing?

I was using this account for study purposes. I don't know what are they charging for, it is very difficult to understand their bill and check my usage. No advice or support to stop billing. No contact details for customer service. I don't know how to stop this billing and I don't know how to get my money back.
