Did not received az-305 certificate

I have 2 Microsoft accounts in which, from 1 account I have cleared az-900 and az-104, in another account I have cleared az-305 exam but I did not received any certification for az-305.
I would like to merge my both accounts so that my certifications will be available in single Microsoft account.
Account 1: anonymized@USER
Account 2: shubhamgupta1.mg@Stuff .com
