How to copy the content of site column LastName of Document Set in SharePoint

I need to copy the value of the field "Name", it doesn't appear as Property field, any ideas how do to so?

Do you mean that the Properties value in the following picture does not show the Name column? If not, please provide a detailed problem description and screenshots.
Select an item: Show actions->More->Properties

Indeed I can see the field in Property in SharePoint, but this won't help me, in fact my question was not clear. I want to copy the value of this field "Name" to another field (LastName), what I'm trying to do is to fill in automatically a Word Template by using Quick Parts | Properties field, but this field "Name" doesn't show in the list of Properties field in Word.
