Two factor authentification not working

Hi,

writing on behalf of my colleague.

She is unable to access any of her Microsoft resources due to failure to get two factor authentification to work. To set up the two factor authentification she seems to need a code from the 2 factor authentification app which she does not have access to. She is also unable to access support because she is blocked form her Outlook and all other Microsoft related resources. could you contact her on the matter, or what can be done?

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form
