I have been experiencing bad connection with teams. During calls people hear me cutting off to the point is not understandable. I have work with this app for a while and I have never had these glitches. My internet connection seems fine. I have tried with my personal headphones and with the computer microphone and it does not work on both. When I do a test call, it sounds normal.
This morning I had to restart my computer because outlook and teams were not working, and I was connected to the internet. I am not sure what could be the issue ?

Please try to do a speedtest to test your internet connection, and if you are in WiFi try to connect with a cable to your router.
Such symptom happen usually because of a bad connection (internet or to your router). It can happen from the lag from your internet or a saturated wifi connection.
Thank you. How do I know if it is the connection after the speedtest? The connection directly to the router should be able to fix it ?
Direct to the router with a cable help if you got wifi problem. In example having too much neighboor that share the same wifi channel often can cause you latency. Using a cable test that, as it's direct
