Azure Virtual Desktop - credential error even I have assigned user with Application Group

I have created hostpool with application group and workspace. Also I assigned an user to Application Group. When using Remote Desktop Client, I can see the Session Desktop. But when entered the correct credential I always got the error saying "your credentials did not work"

Can you shed a light on this?

Thanks

    Hi

if you check Azure Active Directory / Devices / All Devices, this will tell you the "Join Type":

You also need to check the RDP Properties of the Host Pool and ensure that "targetisaadjoined:1" is present in the Advanced tab:

    Hope this helps,

    Hi

how are your hosts configured, are they Azure AD or AD Domain-joined?

Do you have Log Analytics set up to give you more insights into the exact errors? Its the best way to diagnose the issues.

Thanks Michael, the host was AAD type, but not sure it is the AAD-Joined or not.

I can subscribe the host in Remote Desktop Client, can sign in by host's local admin account, but cannot use the AAD account to connect.
