Still waiting for SMS_INBOX_MANAGER to create the "Site Control Manager (Master Site Control File)" inbox

Hi,

Does anyone encountered this error?

"ERROR: Still waiting for SMS_INBOX_MANAGER to create the "Site Control Manager (Master Site Control File)" inbox. Sleeping for 60 seconds. The operating system reported error 5: Access is denied."

This error is being displayed on these logs : dataldr.log, statesys.log, wsyncmgr.log, statmgr.log, distmgr.log.

asking for your help to point me where I could find the fix for this.

    Hi,

    Per my experience, you can try to do a site reset. When a site reset runs at a CAS or primary site, the site will reapply the default Configuration Manager file and registry permissions. Refer to:
