Not able to add SBC entry for Direct Routing

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are getting error as below: We can't use the "" domain as it hasn't been setup in the organization.

We have set up "" and tested with mail flow with a test account.

But we are unable to configure the Direct Routing.

Does anyone have an idea how to go about it

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

    You need to add a fully licensed user with that new domain as their Primary domain. Once you have done that you will be able to add the SBC.

    Once you have added the SBC you can remove the user.

    This error message is documented in this link: Plan Direct Routing

    Assume you want to use a new domain name. For example, your tenant has as a domain name registered in your tenant, and you want to use Before you can pair an SBC with the name, you must register the domain name in Domains in your tenant. If you try pairing an SBC with before registering the domain name, you will get the following error: "Cannot use the "" domain as it was not configured for this tenant."
