Signature sync for outlook does not work on all computers

Hello,

I just started using Office 365 standard with an exchange server. Outlook on the Web can now sync signatures with Outlook desktop versions. But in my case, on my account, it only syncs online signatures with one of my computers. On my other two computers, I only have local signatures and no way to use signatures created on Outlook Web Access. So, only one of the three computers can use signatures created on Outlook Web Access, while the other two can't. All computers have the option to sync files to the cloud turned on. I use the same account on all computers. All Office versions are up to date, and I even used the option to repair Office online.

The new version of outlook allows to sync signature with OWA. It is an option available from October. At work and at home I have the same version of outlook desktop: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 64-bit.

Signature panel at outlook desktop on my office pc looks like this:

But at home, the same version of outlook gives me no OWA sync and signature panel looks differently:

Any solution to this strange problem?

What you want the system to do is not going to work... for now. If you go to the Microsoft 365 Roadmap for this feature, you will see that, at the time of this post, the feature is in the "Rolling Out" phase:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=60371

Until it gets to "Launched", you will not be able to make it appear on all your machines.

I have the same situation as you, with a few of my users that have desktops and laptops. Outlook on one machine has the roaming signature, but on the other machine Outlook does not. It's frustrating but all you can do is wait.

Hope this helps, at least now you can monitor the status of deployment with the link.

    Hi MiloZeevi-9684,

The signature should sync across all devices irrespective of the system OS and version. However, we need to ensure that we should use same version of Outlook 365 on all devices.

If that isn't working, try to uninstall Office apps from other computers including OneDrive and reinstall them.

    Hi @Miloš Zečević ,

As I know, the signature is saved on your local file, so it actually couldn't be synced to different devices automatically. However, we could share the signature via copying the signature files from a device to other devices.

File location : C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures, copy these 3 files like below to the same location in new device and then we could use this signature in Outlook.

    Hi MiloZeevi-9684,

We understand that you may have installed the same version on all machines, however if we require to troubleshoot such problem, we need to uninstall the office version on other machines and reinstall it including OneDrive. Please ensure that you take the back-up of Outlook data files (.pst and .ost) before you uninstall them, this will ensure that you have similar access of an Outlook application on all machines after reinstallation. On the other hand, it has been observed that some third-party security software may interfere in performance of your Outlook application, please ensure that your system is up to date.

Note: If you try to create separate signatures for each Outlook application if may act differently. Kindly, update your findings!

    Regards,
    CK

    Hi,

OneDrive won't uninstall, it just deactivates itself. Should I remove my profile first from OneDrive? Is it necessary to remove OneDrive separately from office installation?
For Outlook, do I need to remove profiles or not? .pst and .ost are not problem, mails are stored on exchange server.
When I install additional language to 365, it shows like I have multiple installations of 365 on computer. Should I remove them all like they are separate installations?

The system is always up to date. What about antivirus? That may affect performance, but that won't cause the problem I have with signatures, right?
