Hello,

I just started using Office 365 standard with an exchange server. Outlook on the Web can now sync signatures with Outlook desktop versions. But in my case, on my account, it only syncs online signatures with one of my computers. On my other two computers, I only have local signatures and no way to use signatures created on Outlook Web Access. So, only one of the three computers can use signatures created on Outlook Web Access, while the other two can't. All computers have the option to sync files to the cloud turned on. I use the same account on all computers. All Office versions are up to date, and I even used the option to repair Office online.

The new version of outlook allows to sync signature with OWA. It is an option available from October. At work and at home I have the same version of outlook desktop: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 64-bit.

Signature panel at outlook desktop on my office pc looks like this:

But at home, the same version of outlook gives me no OWA sync and signature panel looks differently:

Any solution to this strange problem?

    Hi MiloZeevi-9684,

In order to remove OneDrive, you can sign-off from One Drive, then uninstall it from the Program and features. Once you completely remove Office applications (complete removal), perform a disk clean-up and clear off temporary files. Perform a SFC scan and restart your machine. When your machine is back on again, reinstall Microsoft 365 and configure Outlook.

Second, removing third party security software from your machine may sound odd however, it has been observed that they actually make changes to your machine with many aspects. (E.g. It is like installing a mosquito repellent in your room and you ask if it is really harmfully to a human body? Answer is that it may not 100% affect human body, but it certainly does affect, you can't deny) Therefore, it is a complicated debate, if a third party a security software really affects other programs or not, after having complete control of your machine. After all, it is also a software program designed to make changes to your machine's other software algorithms.

    Please update your findings.

    Regards,
    CK

I have completely uninstalled office 365 on my computer as well as one drive. Then I downloaded office from office.com. After installation nothing has changed. The problem is still here.

Removed office365, uninstalled OneDrive, deleted outlook profiles, pst and ost files.
Reinstalled and still have option to have local signature, which left saved somewhere. Computer still don't want to sync signatures with office365 cloud signatures.
Checked in registry for profiles after removing, nothing left there.

What to do, I am out of ideas?

It is very strange. On every computer where I installed office I have online signatures, except on two. Yesterday I installed on another one, and it has it. At two problematic computer, reinstalling doesn't help.
