Office Product Key is in use but it isn't

Question

I bought two copies of Microsoft Office for my kids from Amazon. I was provided with two product keys. I installed Office on the first computer but when I tried to install the second copy of Office on the second computer (using the second key) it said that the Product key was already in use. I'm not sure how to install office on the second computer.

Have you redeemed your product key and added Office product to your Microsoft account?

• If not, as DSPatrick suggested, it's recommended to contact seller for assistant.
  Beacuse once the product key was redeemed, we cannot rebind to a new different Microsoft account, and we will see "This product key has already been used" error in Office.
• If yes, then you can login your Microsoft account in Services & Products, and download and install Office from this webpage.
