The subscription would have been associated with a azure Active directory. Could you please check if you are signed in to the correct Azure Active Directory. Sometimes there may be a latency of 20-30 mins during initial provisioning but after that it should be smooth and accessible.
Please try change directory and try selecting the default directory for the subscription from the list if the one you are logged in .
