24th Nov 2022: ReportRequestStatus does not contain ReportDownloadUrl although the status is "Success" (AgeGenderAudiencePerformanceReport, CampaignPerformanceReport, etc.) today

Hi, we are getting ReportRequestStatus with empty ReportDownloadUrl although the status is "Success."
We were able to get ReportDownloadUrl for "Success" status last week with same PHP code.
Are there any trouble or outage in Bing Ads API today?

    additional info:
    We are getting empty ReportDownloadUrl for reports of Audience campaigns.
    Reports for Search campaigns are fine.
    Is ReportDownloadUrl empty when requested report has no impressions or clicks or cost at all??
