Certification ID in email but certificate prinout can't be found

Hello,
I am trying to download one of my certifications from a few years ago but I cannot find the printout to save my certificate as a pdf. I have found that my Microsoft certification ID is 991084531 for the Office2019 MOS: Word Associate Certification. However, since I don't have the printout, I am unsure of the certiport verification code so nobody can verify my certification. Can an employee find my certification with the MS Certification ID and attach the actual printout please?
