Hi. A CU was supposed to be deployed to 2 similar servers few days ago but when I check the results today, one of the machines stuck at "Downloading(0%)" and the other one successfully installed the update. Both are in the same boundary group and in the same boundary (it was defined using ip range). The one with issue shows "Calling back empty distribution point list" in locationservices.log. The same machines have successfully deployed other patches before, idk why this time one of the machines failed to get the distrubution point. Can anyone help? Much thanks!

    Tricky one. Are other updates\application installing on the device in question? Maybe re-check the subnet for the device. If it is a server, then I doubt the IP would have changed as most likely it will be static, but check, nonetheless. Issue could also be with the client health on the device and usually a re-install of the agent fixes things.

    @CUCOOPE

    I saw similar issues before when the client installed apps but not Updates, as @Garth stated check it please, also try to reinstall the ConfigMgr Client on this device then run the policies cycle hopefully this will make your ConfigMgr Client back fresh.
