Question

some users active on Teams with Latop and mobile Phone App.

Several times, the priority seems on mobile, because incomming video calls and meetings started first on mobile app.

Is there a chance to adjust the prio or stop incomming meetings and video calls automatically for mobile app user?

Try the following:

1) You can adjust the notification settings for their mobile:

Go to their icon/photo on mobile > Notifications > General activity > Turn off for Calls

2) Clear cache form their device (for Teams):
