Having Trouble Creating Certification Profile with My ******@Hotmail.com email

I do not see that I have a Certification Profile and having trouble scheduling a test with Pearson Vue.

My contact information is 618-363-1112 or Robbyne.moore@Karima ben .com

While logged into Learn.Microsoft.com I don’t have the Profile Option or option

Microsoft Certification/ Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums.
