Excel Certification not showing up

My Excel Certification does not show up, even though I am using the right email. I have the certification email in my inbox, but when I log into my account, the certification does not show up. Help!

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums, and you can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"
