Can someone help me? When creating an account in Azure, it is giving the following error: "You are not eligible for free trial.". All the information is totally correct, I don't know why it's giving this error.

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Check if the email ID you are trying to create the account has already been utilized earlier. In that case use a new email ID to create trial account.

What would that identification be? That id, are you saying the email? If yes, no, I never used this email for the free trial, I created this email today for the free trial.

I did this procedure, I tested it with other accounts, all the information is correct and it was never used in another account either. I tested it more than 6 times, in different ways, and it still didn't work.

Can someone help me? My ip maybe got blocked from trying multiple times? If it was blocked, how long does it take to be unlocked?

If the issue persists, try to sign-up with a different id and a use a different device perhaps. Sometimes bugs might arise.

I already did that, I created other emails and tested it on 2 different devices, I even told a friend to test it for me and it still didn't work.

Well I tried to do the same right now, and I didn't see the trial option at all. It is directly asking for credit/debit card details before proceeding.

Yes, I put in the credit card information, but I can't get past that part, the error is from the part that puts in the credit card and clicks "Sign Up".
